Safe Environment Hub -Kenya (SEHub) is a non-partisan, climate action-driven, social enterprise, community-based organization that aims at influencing positive mindset/paradigm shift and actions towards interaction with the environment at any given time. We strive to incorporate research and technology in our activities to inspire prompt climate action through environmental advocacy, tree planting, waste management, and related initiatives.
To promote and nurture safe technologies and ideas towards the reduction of carbon emissions from sources such as burning of wastes, and mismanaged solid wastes.
To foster positive and sustainable initiatives to conserve the environment.
To contribute towards a safe and sustainable environment by bringing people on board to actively advocate for positive mindset/paradigm shift towards prompt and rigorous climate actions.
To contribute towards achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs), SDG 13 and 17 Climate Action and Partnership respectively and related goals.

Advocacy for Positive Climate Change - We strive to facilitate the positive change in mindset through advocacy on prompt and rigorous climate action. We do this by campaigning for sustainable development goal 13; Climate Action and getting involved in climate related activities through observing SDG 17, Partnership among related SDGs
Research and Development - We seek to find creative and alternative solutions to issues related to climate action guided by research and collaboration. We aim at filling gaps that have been persistent in addressing environmental and socioeconomic issues.
Trees for Birthday - This component is tied to the change of mindset and embracing sustainability practices. We encourage people of all ages and walks of life to at least plant trees yearly on their birthdays: number of trees corresponding to their ages.
Partnerships - We believe in and pursue concerted efforts from like-minded individuals and organization partners. We encourage all like-minded individuals and organizations to be part of this noble course of creating an optimistic and proactive society as far as Climate Action is concerned.
2024 – Awarded as one of the 2023 Seed Grant winners by Seeding the Future (Institute of Food Technologists) in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
2024 – Represented at a World stage during the IFT FIRST annual food expo in Chicago, Illinois, USA
2024 – Received small grant by Green Peace through Planet One (Ubunifu Hub)
2024 – Exhibited at the World Environment on Organic Waste management
2023 – Signing partnership MOU with Alpha Team Organization (ATO)
2023 – Awarded catalytic grant (Transformation Fund) by the USAID through Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) and Kenyatta University.
2023 - Recognized by Nairobi County as key players in waste management
2022 – Successfully spearheaded organizing and executing World Clean Up event in a consortium of 35 groups in Kasarani, Nairobi – Kenya.
